LIFE IN CAMPUS AS DIPLOMA STUDENT

__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________  Eversince i started to pursue my studies at Sultan Idris Education Universiti (UPSI) at Tanjung Malim, Perak, on June 2019, there are a lot of experience I gained throughout the time. FIRST FLIGHT the first is my first flight from Sabah to KLIA, alone. I was crying heavily as I was leaving my hometown to somewhere new on my own. Thank God I have my parents who always supported me.  DIPLOMA I was homesick, but thankfully I met them (AskaraDansa) as my second family. ASKARADANSA throughout the time, as I spend most of my diploma life with them, I gained a lot more experience and living like an adult as I living independently.  Then , I involved in my first show in campus for (Festival Muallim) 2019. there I met a lot more new faces such as Degree students and lecturers. Hey! First of all, Let me introduce myself. My name is Sera Nina Sumbin (D20211100789), currently studied at Sultan Idris Education Universiti, Perak (UPSI) as Bachelor of Degree in Performing Arts (Dance). My journey starts in UPSI from diploma. 

My interest in dance is more of a theory kind. Im in love with exploring the the people's culture in dance expecially Malaysia where I will know tons of culture and dances. beside that, Since im from Sabah, im more to Sabah Cultural Dance and the reason I pursue this course because I love to explore Dance knowledge such as Malay Dance, Modern Dance, Contemporary dance, Ballet, and so on. In UPSI, I learned so much and im started to love my course and began to plan my career based on what I learned. 

Ever Since i'm in secondary school, I've always wanted to become an Educator, Doesn't care wheter it is Lecturer, Teacher, Instructor, etc. The reason in beacuse I like teaching and inspired people from what I love to them and encourage them to not give up on their dreams. Plus, It is also my dream to explore more dances in Malaysia that haven't been exposed to the Country/World. Knowing new dances or culture in Malaysia is such a once in a lifetime opportunity so that I can be open minded and eager to know more and more.
